It is my passion to support women and girls to be healthy and self-confident in all transitions of their lives. From puberty to conception and motherhood to menopause and beyond, I can be of assistance in helping you to find your center, balance your hormones, and feel energetic and vital.

Women’s Health: Teenagers

The teenage years are a rush of transformational changes. Hormonal shifts can make for a rocky experience of mood swings, skin problems, painful menses, and tested self-confidence and body image. This is often a tumultuous time, but it is actually also a great age to develop an awareness of healthy ways of being. I enjoy helping girls to balance hormones and develop a meaningful connection with their bodies and their inner knowing.

Women’s Health: Young Women

Young women often experience symptoms reflective of hormonal imbalance. If you experience painful periods, low libido, depression or anxiety, menstrual cycling difficulties, blood sugar crashes or fatigue, you likely have a hormone imbalance. I will help you identify blocks to your health and find the underlying causes of hormonal imbalance. Together we will uncover your unique path to a more balanced life.

Women’s Health: Perimenopausal and Menopausal Women

As estrogen and progesterone decline, you may feel at your wit’s end. Symptoms of menopause can be severe and leave women feeling totally disempowered and hopeless. Luckily, you don’t have to just suffer through this transition. Rather, you can experience this transformational time from your center, calmly and contentedly.
