Insurance & Payment

As a courtesy, we are happy to bill your insurance on your behalf. However, it’s important that you verify your benefits in advance to avoid unexpected out-of-pocket costs due to non-coverage or high deductibles.

Please bring a copy of your insurance card and photo ID to your first appointment.

If you are uninsured, we offer time-of-service discounts and affordable cash rates.

Note: Ultimately, you are responsible for any balance not covered by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Current Patients:

A $75 fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows).

If you missed your appointment due to an emergency, please reach out to Dr. Ariel Touchet directly.

New Patients:

A credit card is required to reserve your initial appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the visit.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit in order to respect the time of other patients.
